JewelryVision ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the JewelryVision mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or retain any personal data. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location data, device identifiers, photos, or any other personal information.

Subscription and payment data is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We have no access to your payment information.

3. Third-Party AI Service Provider

To perform the virtual jewelry try-on, the App transmits your uploaded photo to our third-party AI service provider for image processing. Below is a summary of this data sharing:

• What data is shared: Your uploaded photo (selfie or body photo). The image is compressed and resized before transmission. No other personal identifiers (name, email, device ID) are attached to the image.
• Who receives the data: Our AI-powered virtual try-on is processed through a secure backend service that utilizes an AI service provider for image analysis and rendering.
• Purpose: The sole purpose of sharing this data is to generate your virtual jewelry try-on result. The data is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than delivering the try-on result to you.
• Data retention: All API requests are made with data storage disabled. Your images are not retained, stored, or cached on the AI provider's servers after processing is complete.
• No AI training: Your photos and try-on data are never used to train, improve, or fine-tune any AI or machine learning models.
• Equal protection: Our third-party AI service provider is contractually required to maintain the same or greater level of data protection as described in this Privacy Policy, including encryption in transit and no data retention.

User Consent: Before any photo is transmitted for processing, the App requires your explicit action (tapping the "Try" button). You are always in control of when and which photos are sent. No photos are transmitted without your direct interaction.

4. How We Use Your Information

Your photos are used solely to generate virtual jewelry try-on results. We do not use your data for marketing, analytics, advertising, or any other purpose.

5. Data Storage & Security

Try-on results and history are stored locally on your device only. We do not store your photos or results on any external server. All data transmission between the App and our AI service provider is encrypted using industry-standard TLS encryption.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties, except as described in Section 3 (Third-Party AI Service Provider) which is strictly necessary to provide the virtual try-on functionality.

7. Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• You can delete your entire try-on history at any time from within the App.
• Since we do not store your data on our servers, there is no server-side data to request deletion of.
• You can stop using the App at any time and uninstall it to remove all locally stored data.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
