By downloading, installing, or using JewelryVision ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

JewelryVision is an AI-powered virtual jewelry try-on application. Users upload their own photos and jewelry images, and the App uses artificial intelligence to generate a realistic visualization of the jewelry on the user. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers a free tier with limited features and a Premium subscription with full access. Premium subscriptions are billed weekly through your Apple ID account. Free trial periods may be offered. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all photos you upload to the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating virtual try-on results. We do not claim any ownership over your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photos you upload.

The App, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded photos), is the intellectual property of JewelryVision. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Virtual try-on results are AI-generated approximations and may not perfectly reflect real-world appearance. We do not guarantee the accuracy of try-on results. JewelryVision is a visualization tool and does not sell jewelry.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JewelryVision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to purchasing decisions made based on try-on results.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
